The Egyptians were too slow last time around. Now, justification, if Ethiopia can violate the sovereignty of others, so can we. It only takes one fly over the dam. However, flooding on the Sudanese territory is a concern Egypt has been waiting for this for a long time. The man who never slept on a real bad up until the weyanes transferred power to him, is dump enough to fall for it. Egypt should never miss this opportunity. They are not going to miss it. They are just waiting for the weasel to make the wrong move. He will.
