Djibouti hasn't said that it's giving a free port to Ethiopia. "There's no such thing as a free lunch." The devil's in the detail. Therefore, let's wait for the details of this offer to be disclosed.

In addition, no matter how much you parrot that Somaliland is a country on its own, the reality of this region is known to the entire world as being a region part of Somalia and your erratic fantasy and the cheap childish provocation of Ethiopia won't change anything.
