I would rather focus on civil and democratic rights in each of our countries so that our military dictators would be gone for once and all times.
Egyptians tried their best. Only overcame by continuously vicious and ruthless persecution, often violently.
We in Ethiopia do not fight dictatorship with bare hands and words. We fight it with arms.
Only Eritrea is a sitting duck. It could do more but unwilling to take risks of jail, limbs and lives. The rotten dictator is comfortably laughing at the cowardice of the Eritrean people unwilling to challenge him.

You're right, it's only about the damn GERD but taming Ethiopia and showing it what it really is, which is nothing more than a sh'ithole with 120 million rats.
