The case of Meles and Isayas, as in Rwanda's Kagame and Uganda's Museveni

Rumor has it Rwanda and Uganda are controlled by Kagame and Museveni with their colonizers. ALL PLANNED, Kagame is from Uganda and Museveni is from Rwanda. For some strategic reason they swithced their nation ruling. My suspicion is, the same is true between Meles Zenawi and Isayas. Meles and Co are truly from Eritrea ( hence the reason for giving Assab to Eritrea and dividing Ethiopia so that is weakened so Eritrea has power). Isayas is from Tigray ( hence that is why Tigray continued to be a thorn on Ethiopia's side)
