Both TPLF and TPLF2 can coexist & compete with each other both in Tigray and out of Tigray with their respective alliance partners through out Ethiopia. Tigray call from above is to lead the way and both TPLF and TPLF2 could establish two giant parties through mergers and alliance with other political parties in Ethiopia that change the political landscape of Tigray and Ethiopia forever. If Abiy's party PP would like to be part of the future of Ethiopia, it has to merge with either TPLF or TPLF2.
