The banks will stop outbidding each other soon as they realize no hard currency will flow in to them no matter what and they either get out of the forex business completely or they join the illegal black market game they used to play before this failed macro economics policy reform. The national bank will set the black market rate like it has been doing for the last couple years to satisfy Satan Mamo Killo's demand for hard currency. Satan Mamo Killo has no problem printing Birr and offering the highest rate through RIA and on the street to satisfy his lust for $$. Nigerian naira should be an example.
