Yah, Yah a well paid white media consulting firm can put together any kind of fake propaganda in this generative AI age. Actually, an AI algorithm can generate this kind of video!
The problem is there is no Somalia state! For 30 years, the world is guarding this forsaken terrorist infested land. All of those stories are stories of foreign powers coming and going through this no man's land, just like today!
