Abiy is living in the pre - November 2020 mindset & have been wasting a valuable time to reconcile with TPLF !

During the two year genocidal war with Tigray from November 2020 upto November 2022, Abiy may not have been able to defend himself with out the crucial support of Amhara & Eritrea forces. At this time both forces are working against Abiy and could be ready to create tactical alliance with TPLF. With the on going 360 degree siege of Ethiopia by Egypt and its proxies, Abiy has to reconcile himself with TPLF as soon as possible and make sure Tigray stands with him to defend Ethiopia from foreign invasion. Unfortunately Abiy is living in the past , in the mind set of the pre-November 2020 era , and he has been playing a fear driven illegal delaying tactic not to recognize TPLF and implement the Pretoria Agreement in an expedited manner.
