TPLF started already to disobey the law of the land, one more time

It is only a matter of time before another round of war may break out unfortunately, this time too to enforce the rule of law.

TPLF is openly questioning the rule of the law and trying to take the matter into its own hand.

The question according to the words of this man is if TPLF should still have a legal status that it had before the war and Pretoria agreement, the agreement on the cession of hostilities, if I remember correctly.

TPLF should have the right to defend its stand by going to the court of law, and regain its status, if the court also deemed it valid.

TPLF is in a limbo, for a lack of a better word here, until the court of law determines the status of the party.

If the party is not yet granted a legal status by the law, then there is nothing called a general assembly of the non-existent party. This is where TPLF probably consciously violating the rule of law of the land. In that case the law-enforcement action is the logical consequence of the blatant refusal to obey the law!

There is no General Assembly before there is a party!

DDT,
What you gone do? The TPLF has nothing to lose.
It might in fact benefit by going to war with a weak PP.
Remember, Fano- Amhara Liyu-the Amhara people-Eritrea will not be involved on any future war against the TPLF. The war against PP without the Amharas will be a child play for the TPLF.

PP’s mistake of not concluding the 1st&2nd phase of the previous war with TPLF has consequences. It might even destroy it.
