Many Ethiopians hate to admit this fact. But Ethiopia was much better under TPLF rule. I remember the day Meles Zenewi died. It was the best day of my life. I was very happy. I knew that Ethiopia had a chance of going down. Thanks to Allah Ethiopia is went down.
Now Ethiopia has Abiy Ahmed as PM. A man who hasn't even finished high school. I support PM Abiy Ahmed. He is the right leader for the failed state of Ethiopia.

TPLF built the renaissance dam. Give credit where it belongs. The Badme war was not necessary for either country. Whether Isayas attacked first or not, TPLF should have been smarter. TPLF placed sanctions around Isayas Afewerqi. It paid for it dearly. Worst, the Tigrayan people paid for it. It seems Debre and company are waking up a bit late.

The worst mistake tplf made was that it forgot its roots and back stabbed Eritreans the very group that brought it to arat kilo…to serve the Washington regime’s hostile agenda against Issu…
Trust me if tplf was in good terms with Eritrea all this years, it would have saved itself and the Tigray people. And both Tigray and Eritrea would have been prospered greatly… nobody could have dared Tigray that is supported by Eritrea…even now if the debrechion group has waken up should mend fences with Eritrea to survive from the Oromo impending invasion…

Tplf and eplfs relations weren't the greatest, even during the days of the anti derg struggle.
Their fallout was largely due to tplf stopping the sharing of Ethiopias loot with the eplf. Refer to an article called "ethio Eritrea common market," and you'll see how Eritrea benefited at the expense of Ethiopia for years, tplf used shabia to solidify its control of Ethiopia, then it dumped the eplf.
I know you guys like to portray the eplf as infallible angels, but they're men like us all, and their leaders committed huge blunders.
Like we all do. Bitweded abraha tried warning PIA but he had his own plans and could not tolerate any dissent in eplf.
Whether the tplf maintained good ties with shabia or not, a tiny minority group of elites ruling as the tplf did, was simply unsustainable. It would've collapsed eventually. Not to mention that the Oromo protest movement which shook them to their core had nothing to do with Eritrea. Neither did the other anti tplf movements that later developed across Ethiopia.
