If one cuts the tail of a rat , can it survive. Sorry, its tail is born with the rat itself. But, rat Ascari-Land's tail is artificial extension made by Meles Zenawi, just like an eyelash extension. It is not natural part of Eritrea. It is amputated from Wolo and grafted on Eritrea, thanks to deceased Tigray's Ascari Meles
