Oromia can be sued for denying minoriy rights

Oromia denied minorities who work and live in it the right of language and political participation in municipal and regional elections. This denial overrides one's competence in Affanoromo and long years of residence in Oromia. If you're an Amara, Gurage, Somali, Tigre, or any other group, you can't hold an elected office, you can't work in government of Oromia, your children are not taught their mother tongue.
