Do you understand why he directly contacted a little know new Amhara nationalist media for his interview ignoring the well established mainstream Ethiopianist medias such as EMS, Anchor and others?

The question now is: Can Fano find the lowest common agenda to work with other non-Amhara forces? What are the give and takes Fano and others have to make to reach common minimum programme?

Since brother Odie is civil enough to put his case, he needed to be engaged in a progressive and civil manner. Brother sarcasm seems to have a full grasp on the situation than brother Odie. But i don't understand on how quick weyanne kids are to understand matters more than the ethiopianists, the beher-behereseboch and BEADEN servants.

Ethiopia is a country with 86 nations and nationalists. If there is an effort to unify the country, it shouldn't be the task of Amhara. Others need to organize themselves and sit on the table for a workable solution. For 60 years, the path that says unity at all cost took us nowhere. And it is the Amhara who was advocating and dying for that. The Amhara people earned enemy as a result of that policy. Our people are being killed everywhere due to the narrative ethno-center powers propogate (mainly tigray and oromo). The rest of beher-behereseboch don't see Amhara with a good eye either. So what the General said is that we will not go in that route again. We will free ourselves and our turfs first. Then we can march to the rest of the country if others want the needed unity.

I don't know why these upsetted my dear gurage brother Odie. It seems Amhara is a target whether we chose unity at all cost or accept the federalism and agree to work together. We have now decided that freeing ourselves is a priority and we will do that having the leaders we elect, not some non amhara alien like Birr Amtu or Andi Tsige.
