It's application to re-register as a political party has been denied by the EEC after the Pretoria Aggreement. It was advised to seek relief from the Ethiopian parliament from designation as a terrorist.
This is not something in the favor or disfavor of the Bishasha dictator. It's constitutionally out of his hands. The power to lift designation of a terrorist outfit rests solely with the two parliaments of Ethiopia.
