The fact that her father lost a portion of his earlobe owing to an ear-piercing infection pales in contrast to what happened to Trump. Simply put, the word "Chyrum" seems to refer to someone who has sadly lost a portion of their ear due to an accident or illness.
I hope she does not intend to refer to him as Trump ጭሩም.
