Prediction Ukraine war: Putin has not resorted nuclear bomb is that he hopes Trump wins

The scenario Putin waiting is if Trump wins election, then he will force Ukraine to accept Putin demand and peacefully settle it once for all. And Ukraine will not have any other option except to accept it, if he does not accept, Trump will cut all military aid and Russia will overrun Ukraine and take the whole thing.
The second scenario is if the democrats win election the war will continue and Putin will order nuclear bombs to destroy western Ukraine and end it and take over everything. Any time Putin can burn half of Ukraine by Nuclear overnight and no one will respond except to run to UN and condemn the action and try to use the Hague court for humanity crime but did America faced humanity crime in Hague for the atomic bomb in Japan, that is the argument Putin will use and will get away from it and Ukraine will be the sore loser. I do not know why even Ukraine wanted war against Russia to begin with, all the eastern part of Ukraine divided by the long run river are Russia speaking people and they are Russians yet the rest of the world fighting against them not to join to their own people.
It seems now Trump will win the election specially, after the assassination attempt and the whole Europe is panicking and Ukrainians are peeing all over since yesterday.
