Are these Abiy Ahmed's psychological tools to disarm foreign leaders and get the best deal of them? To my knowledge, I have not seen a leader of 120 million strong people or any foreign put so much emphasis on tight bear hugs, holding hands and walk with a foreign leader like a husband and wife, and easy smiles like a little girl.
