The clown monkey is the one who begged Turkey to facilitate a meeting with Somalia, as he realised that his fake MoU was not making any progress whatsoever. Since now he hasn't got anything new out of the meeting other than being repeated to that Somalia is ready to negotiate anything but its territorial integrity, he's resorting to blabber on about childish bullsh.it.
If he has any balls, let him just go to Hargeisa, leave alone building his daydreamed naval base.
When a case is lost, bullsh'itting becomes the tool of the loser.
