That is why we are calling for its dismantling and authoring from scratch with public participation. With the public's approval, some of its useful provisions may be retained.

In reality the Woyane -OLF, by-law is dysfunctional. It is only talked by the mouths of OLF and Woyane cadres. The so-called Dedebit constitution has been inoperative since its inception. The Dedebit constitution was meant all about Abay Tigray Republic and as declared in their Manifesto where "Amhara was declared as eternal enemy of Tigre". How on earth this be a constitution accepted by Amhara? Someone sick only believes so. And those sick ones are OLF and TPLF. It is a must to torn a part this illegal and unaccepted con-constitution and dismantle tribal federation. This is totally against humanity, moral and law.
