There are reports of TPLF forces gang raping Tigrayan women and disposing off the bodies of the victims to eliminate evidence to the crimes. In some instances, the perpetrators had gauged the eyes out of the women victims to make their corpses unrecognizable.
It should be recalled that, TPLF forces had used the same cruel methods during their invasion and subsequent occupation of Somalia. Now they are doing the same thing to Tigray women and girls.
A well-known Tigrayan activist revealed that, Diaspora Tigrayan men who visit Tigray are offered young girls for as little as 20 Birr (.35 cents USD) a night, in what he described as TPLF's strategy to lure Tigrayan Diaspora men into visiting Tigray. So sad!

Tigray has seen a significant rise in kidnapping-for-ransom crimes that too often end up with the victims getting killed. In Tigray, women are afraid to walk to Church for fear of getting kidnapped, or worse. Most parents are not sending their daughters to school in order to shield them from the rapists roaming through the streets.
We are finally seeing the true face of Tigray that has been blurred by TPLF cadres like almaze/Misraq who are desperately trying to cover up TPLF's crimes by deflecting public attention.

I thought the Eritrean forces and the Amara forces were doing the raps and the killings. This is as if they're protesting against what is considered a culture in Tigray, where its very common for a father to rape his own daughters and turn them into prostitutes at an early age to generate income for himself. It is good to see the women finally standing up to the pedophiles and rapists.
