Let’s give crazy Cigar a break, he is a mentally challenged little man. We should just ignore him or help him get the mental health care he badly needs. I assume he lost his wife to an Ethiopian man some 40 years ago. He has been lonely and miserable since then.

Just the owner of this pet donkey did. But, Cigar is not a "he". Cigar is an alcoholic woman, sugar mama who bribe Nigerian boys to give her a serious bang. You could be right, an Ethiopia ex-boy friend dumped her because she is alcoholic.
