If the infamous clown monkey had 4000 troops ready to enter and fight in Somalia, he would have long defeated FANO and subjugated it.
Somalia is already sending Ethiopians within the African contingents in Somalia back to their fuc'king shithole.
The clown monkey is unable to go to Hargeisa, leave alone sending out his ragtag army to enter Somalia without Somalia's permission.
