Such a "moral decay in display here" is due to no one but Elias Kifle himself.

Not only is he not putting forum rules, general posting guidelines, and moderators in place, but also he's rating forum users not in terms of how long they've been contributing to this forum or the quality of their contribution, but simply their number of posts; hence, people have been posting any crap that crosses their mind and, in result, this has eventually been taking its toll on the mediocre quality of the forum, leading it to go downhill by the day.
