Raw meat is a a healthy staple for many around the world. The native Indians have been the healthiest when they eat raw meat. They are still eating it too. The Japanese are the healthiest people in the world and their main staple is raw fish.
Get a life and enjoy your pasta. Next time remove Enjera, Doro watt, Tibes and Kitfo from your daily diet. And please don’t call them your traditional food. Oh, by the way stop advertising to serve at your restaurant “Ethiopian & Eritrean cuisine” as there is no such thing.
