If Irland could become the second richest country by mainly hosting big Techs, then Ethiopia can turn even richer!

Ethiopia just needs to invest into its vast green energy sources, where the future of big energy intensive tech lies, google, amazon, microsoft, alibaba, and others. I think there is already an attraction of energy intensive tech companies from all over the world, like bit-coin mining industries.
Irland doesn't have a big source of green energy (as far as I know), it tries to exploit some sort of tax heaven for the big techs (taking advantage over the other European countries), which is not sustainable. Ethiopia's source of energy can make it a global tech hub, truly. This has to be developed first!
What are IMF and WB waiting for, other than holding Ethiopia back?
