There is no question, Ethiopia will be stabilized. If Ethiopia cannot, none one state in Africa can. However, the natural process of stabilization requires the removal of OLF, Shabia and remnant Woyanes. The issue is not about Ethiopia, the issue is about these pests and their mercenary roles. When these evils are out the door, stability will jump into the hall of Ethiopia.
