Amhara state will continue to be marginalized as far as it's elites follow expansionist policy rather than developing it

The Amhara state is the most wealthy state in terms of land, water , human & other natural resources , however it's elites sold to Egypt and Isaias have been following an expansionist policy which has already destroyed it. Let us hope
