Eritrea is like a little dog endlessly barking to get attention. A nuisance but irrelevant.
Counter offer by giving back Asseb to Ethiopia. I don’t think Ethiopia will accept anything short of disarming Eritrea. Instead of endlessly making noise like a chewawwa brain storm and come up with something attractive to Ethiopia.
