He and Abiy are desperate. Somaliland needs Abiy's recognition to get out of the 30-year old state of limbo. Abiy needs a port as a propaganda ploy to cheat his people that he has done something for them. He, of course, cannot deliver. He cannot recognize Somaliland without causing a major backlash that would hasten his departure. The dimwit must have been shocked by the savage response his idea to carve a sea-outlet from a sovereign nation engendered. That he had no clue about the consequences of his move shows him to be a clueless moron. Even his Western pay-masters have abandoned him as they realized that he is a disaster. Ethiopians have to ger rid of this oily snake before he takes their nation down the drain! Otherwise, Ethiopia will be the first nation that disintegrated because of the blunders of one individual!
