Can't blame the market. The price is actually quite similar to western prices if you convert the birr into USD or CAD... the problem is instead of making Ethiopia into a agricultural powerhouse the ruling regime has created endless wars in the fertile Amhara and Oromia region! Therefore jawar is right when he said the government needs to make peace
Does Ethiopia even grow flowers?
Did you hear when Ethioash said Ethiopia exports orange to Egypt and Egypt exports orange juice to Ethiopia?
This is pure economical mismanagement... while Abiy spends billions on tourist parks just for a few ferenjis to visit the country and spend their currency.. so Ethiopia is not doing good in many aspects and Abiys love for eye catching parks is not going to change anything other than please tourists from the west
