no service
12 dead in hospital
roads closed
next, no electrcitity no water etc

That issue is sensitive. Because it'd be logical to make the disputed lands an autonomous state to avoid conflicts. But then if either side doesn't accept that, then what?
You know very well that tigrayans cannot afford to fight another war. The federal government also cannot just hand it over to either side without angering the other side. It's definitely tough.
