It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to talk and remove all doubt. 
While committing genocide and bombing civilians with drones, and while Abiy and his accomplices ferment genocide propaganda in open stadiums in Wellega, these criminals are asking the United States to hand over opposition individuals who reside in the USA. I wish there was another word to express their cluelessness. Abiy seems to think the US is Djibouti..
