They have declared to have controlled 90% of the territory and then came back to tell us around 450 schools are out of function in the region. Today we see that a plane comes and lands as if there is no remaining 10% that is not yet controlled. There must be over 95% that they have controlled, don't you think so?

the real question is what percentage of the hearts and minds, not mountains and rivers
eplf and tplf defeated derg because they got the hearts and minds (regardless of cause being visionary or backward looking)
of course, they both sold out the people once they grabbed power
FANO can be visionary if it decides to rely on people and allies who rely on people. Otherwise, it’ll be become like EPLF, TPLF and OPDO.
