Baden has no Liyu no army of its own how will it be able to disagree with the federal government on Raya?
If the Federal government uses ENDF it can silence Amhara Prosperity therefore what true freedom does APP have?
APP must rely on Fano to survive or at least make a deal with fano leaders a truce!
