So... why did Ethiopia comply with Somalia's demands to pull its ambassadors from Somaliland and Puntland, and the closure of its consulates?

This means that, Somalia can ask the 3000 Agame mercenary soldiers stationed in Somalia to leave immediately, and continue their "peace-keeping" mission virtually from Chigray.
