Success is essentially a habit - it is part history, part culture, part expectation/prediction and part practice. As in every human field of endeavor in athletics too Ethiopians are expected (predicted) to excel and that is what they are doing. It is the same in other areas of human achievements - in trade, commerce, industry, art, science, education, technology and war.
Ethiopians can model from our athletics excellence on to other less successful departments including politics, governance, and inter-ethnic relations.
Modelling is the singular predictor of success in individual and social behaviors. It is not a mystery. One makes a good informed guess or prediction about what he/she can/will do; and then he will test his expectations by means of sustained efforts and corrections - which we call work ethnic. በቃ ይህ ነው ምስጢሩ! ይህ መርህ ለ4 ኪሎ ንጉስም ፣ ለመርካቶ ነጋዴም አንድ ነው!
