Somalia land doesn't even control half the territory it claims. So win win for Somalia.

It's so sad that you and the Pakistani are both ignorant to this extent in the 21st century! You're both believing the bullsh'it that Somaliland administration is telling to its people to entertain them.
FYI, ICJ settles ONLY disputes between UN member states and does not deal with any other cases whatsoever. Somaliland is not a UN member state but a breakaway region of Somalia; thus, cannot take anyone to the ICJ.
