The three contracts (Blocks 131, 190 & 206) were signed at a ceremony attended by Abdirizak Omar Mohamed, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Abdulkadir Aden Mohamud, CEO, Somali Petroleum Authority and Lane Franks, CEO of Liberty.
