Egypt has to change from zero sum to new paradigm of building more dams as water bank in the Abay Gorge!

Building water bank in the Abay Gorge by building additional two mega damas Each with 115 billion Capacity!
- GERD( Dam 1) capacity 75 billion cm
-- Dam 2 ( to be built & filled within 10 years and 3 ( to be built & filled within 20 years) each 115 billion cm & total 230 billion cm to be filled within agreed time frame ( within 20 years)
- Total water to be stored as a bank is about 300 billion cm
- Aswan and the Ethiopian dams to be operated in a synchronized manner without compromising the sovereignty of each country.
- Both Egypt and Sudan to have 49% share on both Dam 2 and Dam 3 and the shareholding agreement to be revised every 25 years.
- Both Egypt and Sudan to get their share from the power generated in proportion to their investment.
- Ethiopia to give 50% the water flowing to both countries as of today (about 25 billion cm per year) to Sudan and Egypt free of Charge
- Ethiopia to sell the (total water flowing every year - 25 billion cm) at agreed price , billions of dollars income to Ethiopia
- Egypt and Susan to contribute every year on the reforestation & maintenance of the Abay water basin
- Same model to be followed on all rivers going out of Ethiopia to Sudan, Somalia Kenya & South Sudan
