The demented requirement of pure Amhara blood by AndAmhara is reminiscent of the Third Reich of Nazi Germany. Never before have I encountered a party or movement that mandates racial purity for prospective members, except for the abhorrent regime of Nazi Germany. Yet, our AndAmhara movement has adopted this despicable requirement. Anyone with mixed national heritage is deemed a weak link and not only suspected but likely considered an enemy of Amhara, to be avoided or even attacked.

In the past, we heard Tsgagy ararsa and others attacking settlers of mixed nationalities in a similar manner. Just as the radical ararsa members vilified the so-called settlers, the Elias of AndAmhara vilify those with mixed heritage. They point to groups like the despised G7 as examples of why all mixed nationalities in Ethiopia should be condemned.

Fortunately, the Fano leaders on the ground are led by seasoned politicians who are determined to secure equality and justice not only for Amharas but for all Ethiopians. While Fano leaders must address the existential threat posed by anti-Amhara tribalists and ensure the freedom of all Ethiopians in every part of the country, they must steer clear of groups that seek to create a dichotomy between Ethiopians.

Ethiopians of mixed heritage should have the right to identify themselves as they see fit, without being subjected to a purity test. Even the most reviled factions such as the Weyanes and OLFtis did not impose such tests during their rule. Introducing blood tests as a panacea to resolve the 25-year nightmare of Ethiopian ethnic politics is a dreadful idea that must be stopped in its tracks.

OneAmhara are correct. The people of Amhara are on an existential threat. If you don't feel Amharas are in existential threat by Oromos and Tigres, you are not Amhara to your heart. Often, those who have multiple heritage (half Amharas) don't feel that way. They didn't feel the pain when mothers were cut on their wombs and child taken away burtally and the rampant killings and genocides taking place against amharas. Hence, it is not wise to give leadership role to such hybrids Because a) they don't feel the pain of the Amhara people b) Amharas were betrayed time and again by such people and c)These hybrids who make such noise are only interested on leadership role.

There are countless hybrid Amharas who took a supportive role and no one is against that. It is just that you can't lead. Oromo politics is not being lead by half amharas or half tigres. Tigres politics is not being lead by hybrids either. So when it comes to Amharas, you don't feel you have to be entitled. Only the coward and theif G7 wants to sabotage amharas using this lame excuses. Bro, Amharas know their objectives and their end goals. either take it or leave it. You are irrelevant. If we rise up to handle Tigre nationalism and Oromo nationalism, do you think we care for Ethiopianist punnnanies who are crying wolf for leadership role?

The main point of my statement has nothing to do with Amharas. I wholeheartedly support the Fano struggle to thwart the existential threat posed by its sworn enemies: Weyanes, OLF, and PP. I understand that Amharas' love for Ethiopia has been manipulated and used against them. Therefore, to guarantee Amhara's survival, Amharas have transformed the old motto 'Ethiopia first, I stand second' into 'The existence of Ethiopia will be ensured by my robust existence as an Amhara, freely and equally.' My criticism is directed towards the so-called AndAmhara movement, which promotes blood tests as the sole qualification for membership in the Fano Amhara movement. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, you are attempting to scapegoat me. Amharas can be cautious in leading their struggle to a respectable end, but they should not be paranoid.
