Who are these low IQ so called commanders that Fano has been promoting? Why give your enemies a time line that you most likely won’t meet where your enemy would be glad to make fun of your bravado by reminding you why you haven’t come to Arat Kilo yet? Fano leadership should penalize those who go to a media and tell the world when they will be “capturing” Addis Ababa. You perceived weak by your friends and your enemies if you can’t achieve the goal you set out in public.

If I say I will spank your fendada arse, it doesn't mean I am interested and will spank you. It may mean that I will b!tch slap it, spit on it and move on or I may meant that I will mount my d!ck on it and pound it till you say "warsai yokealo", or may also meant to say I will screw you in a different way. I won't go in detail for you on its effect since you are a skunni alien and won't understand it.
Since you are not Ethiopian, you don't know the psychological game that is being played and it's effect. Take it as a grain of salt, these tactic has been used by TPLF, PP and now by FANO.
