At the end of the day what matters is with whom the people of Somali Land want to work. Remember no one is forcing Somali Landers to invite Ethiopia and Russia. The Somali Landers as shrewd as they are they know exactly what they are doing.

If they prefer Ethiopia and Russia then that is what matters.
The rest is noise. Specially the noise from little Eritrea who are burning in jealousy and losing hope of any revivals won’t do a thing.

Russia is rather seeking to rescue its ar.se from the West and nothing else.

It's so desperate that's threatening the West every few weeks with launching a nuclear war.

Russia knows better than interfering in the internal affairs of a sovereign and recognized country, Somalia. No country should set foot in Somalian without the permission of the federal government of Somalia as it would be a violation of the UN charter. So forget the fake news, whatever it is.

Askaris dream. You are outdone by the smart and hard working Somali Landers. While Eritrea was busy buying weapons to fight Ethiopia with the money they don’t have, Somali Landers were busy building a nation. They have a future with Ethiopia and they will bring Somalia along.
Get it to your brain: Ethiopia will not use the disputed ports of Eritrea to provide money for weapons that will attack her back. Never. Unless the Afars takes over.

That would be a Deja Vu, stabbing Somalia in the back again! Would that prompt US to seek a military base in Somalia? Geopolitics has never been so fluid!
