It's unfair to the hungry and weak dog that cannot even bark but whining an empty stomach.

A dog is a dog: be that dog a bull dog, a puppy, a chihuahua, short or tall, fed or underfed, etc. it is still the family of dog. What is universally true about dogs is, dogs gather together and bark too much in fear of a predator they cannot handle if they do not bark in choir. Unfortunately, dogs also fight and bite each other.
