Abiy Ahmed Vows to Invade and Destroy Somalia

Abiy Ahmed is said to making plans to invade Somalia. He has asked his generals to make preparations. He wants to annex Somalia to have access to the sea. This time he vows that nothing will stop him. Not the USA, EU, Turkey and Egypt. He says access to sea is no negotiation. Therefore will Abiy keep his word and invade Somalia?
Meantime Somalia correctly argues that it needs to be armed to defend land and sea.

US want to sell the much needed weapons; Turkey want to do the same. There may be other global arms dealers and Mafias. Somalia is under global scramble, a dumping ground for old weapons and nuclear waste. Forget fighting against Ethiopia.
