The man seems to have exhausted all venues and much desparate by now:

He tries to enter an international avenue fully armed, a laughing stock, no man standing in Somalia anymore?

"The Somali delegation security attempted to enter the AUC premises with weapons which was blocked off by AUC security."

He was in attendance of UNSC session recently and the question is if he did the same there and succeeded?

Level of desperation is clear from how the man behaves, he came and accorded official reception, in par with all other dignitaries. He tried to lobby the AU but the prospect of gaining anything seemed very slim, now he cancelled his visit and abruptly left Ethiopia on his own.

Diplomatic debacle!
