Addis Ababa was transformed during TPLF/ EPRDF time but Abiy has also made some face uplift over the last six years. The challenge is as of today life in Addis Ababa is too costly, huge jobless young generation and security is also a problem.

No doubt, Addis now is totally different from what I hear from family and friends. My younger sister who had cried with excitement when Abiy came to power, not a fan of him now, still believes he is the best city planner. She wanted to strip him off his premiership and assign him as the mayor of Addis if she has the power to do so. She meant it.
