That report is most probably sampled in 1970s by psycho whites, but they don't have pure and exact data that represent the current situation. By the way IQ result is just an average that means just a group of people let say 100 people who took the exam will represent millions. that is weird that does not mean each country has low iq, but a person in that country, it can have an iq with greater than 100 which can be better than some of white people.

Just check this report which it says Eritrea is under 70.

The new form of colonization, also known as neocolonialism, has made its permanent home in Ethiopia -- home to the greatest Pranksters the world has ever seen. :| :|

Fed_Up,

I seriously question parameters that were established by people who either have skewed views to begin with or do not have the depth to even correctly define the parameters they established.

First, is there a difference between Intelligence Quotient and to be intelligent. I think there is. The clue for the difference is in the word quotient.

Here are two simple examples that explain the difference that I understand.

Does the Vatican have a higher intelligent quotient about Catholicism from the time of the Council of Nicaea to Laudato si'?

I would say absolutely.

If two people were presented the same amount of information about the litmus decision at the Council of Nicaea and one of them explains it more convincingly, I would say one of the two who convinces more people is more intelligent than the other.

I remember hearing a debate about Tewahdo before it was accepted.

I wonder if anyone has done a comparative study of that particular debate in Tewahdo and the Council of Nicaea and explained if one is more convincing than the other.

The second example is about the Ethiopian revolution from the start of the Student Movement to the 1974 revolution to the National and local elections in 2005.

Having read his views on this forum, I think Horus is one of those Ethiopians who have personally witnessed the Student Movement, the 1974 revolution, and the 2005 elections that was hoped to bring about a more democratic country.

Having personally witnessed them, it seems to me that he has one of the highest intelligence quotients about it.

The litmus question is if two people studied about the whole episode from the time of the start of the Student Movement to the 2005 elections, would one of them be able to explain more intelligently if it was so productive in various concrete terms.

I fail to know the answer to this question.

The point here is to revisit the various parameters that were developed by others and we accept readily as valid.

A year ago this month, I read some note about Black History here in the U.S. I couldn’t help asking what it means to say the first servant to receive a reward established by one who presented himself as your master. It came across as self defeating.

We can start to establish more universal parameters for humanity, nama.

It's okay, I know you're fed up and bitter because your tigrayan 'cousins' as deqi arr with no wit, says, took your land in Finfinne/Addis Ababa.
But, it's hilarious that you hate us, yet are obsessed with Ethiopians to the point that you're always on our forums, talking about us, Ethiopia, etc.
Must be one of those love-hate relationships?  8)
