Lets be honest, In Africa there are a huge population that shouldn't be considered a fully matured and civilized homsapiens. These population are savages. They have never built civilization till Europeans came and introduced religion and civilization. When europeans left, they butcher each other with macchets and kill with stones in a brutal fashion. They kill innocent people mercelessly including children as young as 2 years old. some even take out babies from women womb such as the Oromos.

All in all, all the Bantus which includes Oromos, Somalis have not reached the needed human development stage. That is why we see brutal killings especially on innocent people.
