This requires a total change of tribal ( ethnic federalism). The existing ethnic federation does not allow a nation-wide presidential run. Thus,

___ First, the ethnic federation has to be replaced by a conventional non-ethnic based federal structure.

__ The Dedebit Constitution has to be banned and new constitution drafted and adopted

___ All ethnic based political parties including PP-OLF should be banned.
