Regarding the port, oromuma initiated the call for an independent Somaliland. As an Ethiopian you should be ashamed of that.
On one hand you complain the red sea/aseb was wrongfully taken away from us but you wish Somaliland to be taken away forcefully from Somalia. Isn't that what we call Hippocratic!

If Somalia splits into two already and it's officially done without our involvement, then we can negotiate with Somali land. But we initiating the split is not Ethiopian at all, it's against our history and principles, ግንቦቴስ do not care about reputation or history, all they care about is instant money .

Secondly, FANO have opposed it already!

Third, the long term consequences is sever, oromuma wants to rent the port for 50 years to save money but it will cost us 100 times more when Somalia opens the war it's currently preparing for. So the idea is childish and irresponsible. Oromuma was not intending to actually get port but; 1) to divert the peoples' and the soldiers attention away from its defeat by FANO; 2) it's looking for access to the sea when it creats the oromuma country they are fighting for as we speak.

Let's not be naive again about their intention to creat a country within Ethiopia. I am happy most Amara is awoken about this FACT! Only hodam and ግንቦቴ can't see what oromuma is planning by opening war on Amara and Tigray. Anything oromuma does is bad for Ethiopian interest as a country. Period!

It's a failed deal now already. Why are we talking about this, even abiy is not even talking about it anymore. He was not real anyway. It's Horus who is still talking about it

The fact of the matter is that Somali Land has been a vibrant independent country for 33 years. We just can’t compare it with the failed mini banana republic Eritrea that has been involved in 3 major wars in 33 years. Forget about Oromuma and Abiye the clown, the future competent government of Ethiopia will have a solid roadmap for mutual development of Ethiopia, Somali Land , Puntland and Somalia. Ethiopia has nothing to do with their squabbling. It is up-to them to sort it out to share the developmental bounty. With 200 million inhabitants Ethiopia will be a force that everyone wants to work with.
